Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

The Processing time for orders is 3 – 5 Business days. After that. Delivery time within the United States is 3 – 6 days, and 10- 15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, times will vary. Thank you for your patience.

*We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, the post office, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your area or country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

 

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/ or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be sent to your email address that was provided.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Enhance by Nature is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Enhance by Nature is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returns.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
